Work It Wednesday - Peplum
One trend that took me a while to come around to is peplum. Peplum is defined as a "short full flounce or an extension of a garment below the waist, covering the hips," which I always thought would make a more bottom-heavy body type like mine just look bigger. However, after seeing some images floating around the blogosphere, I decided I really do like the feminine detail and how jazzed up an otherwise basic piece looks when it's peplumed (I'm pretty sure it's not meant to be used as a verb, but I'm using it anyway). So for this Work it Wednesday post, I styled up some peplum pieces in casual, dressy, and work looks!

I have a big booty too but I love this style! I think it accentuates it in a good way & not in a bad way! :) I love these outfits you've put together!!! Now you just need to rock them! :) Haha!
