Loving Lately - Black and Gold

Most of the fixtures in my house are silver-based - chrome or polished nickel, but all in silver tones as I always felt that silver lended a more modern feeling.  Lately, however, I've been impressed with how modern gold/brass can come across.  Clearly, gold/brass accents are popping up everywhere and seem to be a major design trend right now.  When paired with black, I am constantly impressed by just how modern they look.
